全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作，耐酸耐堿，美觀耐用；高“Q”值壓電晶體換能器，超聲功率強(qiáng)勁；自動(dòng)加熱，循環(huán)過濾，一體式結(jié)構(gòu)，節(jié)約空間；選用水基加少許添加劑作為清洗劑，成本低廉，清洗效果好。

適用范圍：

主要適用電鍍表面前處理、機(jī)械零件、五金工具、中小型軸承等行業(yè)的清洗。

JDT系列雙槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)系統(tǒng)本系列的清洗系統(tǒng)具有以下特點(diǎn)：

1、 全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，外型美觀大方，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理。

2、 設(shè)置液位安全控制系統(tǒng)，確保設(shè)備正常工作。

3、 設(shè)置過濾系統(tǒng)，保證溶液清潔度。

4、 加熱及自動(dòng)恒溫系統(tǒng)，恒溫范圍為20℃-90℃(可調(diào))。

5、 以水劑加熱適量清洗劑作為清洗溶液，成本低，工藝成熟。

6、 獨(dú)特的溢水口設(shè)計(jì)，保證有足夠水位，且不斷把浮在水面上的臟物溢出。
